How much weight can my Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 hold?
The Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 2+ max weight capacity is 70 kg.
Will it be hard to raise my Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 all my equipment on top?
NO. The Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 standing desk is constructed from a robust, stable steel frame and feet and has a max weight capacity of 70kg. It has a single, efficient motor which operates at a speed of 2.5cm/sec. It will easily raise and lower while fully laden. We advise that weight is distributed across the desk to avoid extra burden on the motor. Unequal weight distribution may shorten the life of the motors due to excessive strain.
What is the difference between Yo-Yo Desk PRO 1 and Yo-Yo Desk PRO 2?
PRO 1 is a single motor desk designed for smaller offices and home offices. It has a lower weight capacity of 70kg and is available with extra small desktop size options. It can accommodate users up to 6'1" in height and comes with a 5-year warranty.
On the other hand, PRO 2 is a dual motor desk with a maximum load capacity of 100kg. It provides more options for desktop color, size, and accessories. Similar to the PRO 1, it's suitable for users up to 6'1" tall but comes with a longer 7-year warranty.
What are the minimum and maximum measurements for my current desktop to fit a Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 frame?
The minimum size desktop that you can install on a Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 frame is 100 (w) x 60 (d) cm; the maximum desktop size that can be installed is 140 (w) x 70 (d) cm.
Are Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 range electric desks loud?
The Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 electric desk is fitted with SilentMotion™ technology and generates a low level of sound when raising or lowering less than 50dB.
Are Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 electric desks hard to put together?
The Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 electric standing desk is delivered with a clear instruction manual and is straightforward to assemble by anyone with basic tools and a minimal level of ability in DIY. Users report that it takes them around an hour to build one of our electric standing desks. We do, however, offer an installation service within the UK. Opting for installation of the PRO 1 is using our Expert Installation service is only £50 (ex VAT) and we can deliver and install your desk usually within 7-12 working days.
Are bespoke desk top size, shape and colour options available with Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1?
We do not advertise this option, but we may be able to accommodate specific size or colour requirements subject to our "made to order" £50 ex VAT supplement fee. Best to speak to a member of the team.
What is the warranty for Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 and does it cover all parts, including motor and electronics?
The Yo-Yo DESK PRO® 1 comes with a five-year warranty which covers all parts, including frame, electronics and motor.
Is Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 suitable for users of all heights?
The Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 is designed for users up to 185cm (6’1") tall.
Do portholes come as standard with Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1?
Smaller Desktops available with Yo-Yo DESK® PRO 1 do not come with portholes. The Medium size 140cm x 70cm does come with portholes however
